1. Services

We provide professional copywriting and content services delivered digitally (documents, email, secure links). No physical goods are sold.

2. Scope & briefing

We will confirm scope in writing before work starts. Materials you provide should be accurate and lawful. Scope changes may require a revised quote and timeline.

3. Delivery timelines

Typical delivery is 3–7 business days depending on scope. Timelines are estimates and may vary with feedback speed and complexity.

4. Revisions

Fixed-price packages include 2 revision rounds unless stated otherwise. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of draft delivery and must be within the agreed scope.

5. Payments

Payment is required in advance for fixed-price packages unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed via Stripe. See Payments Info.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the final delivered copy. Drafts and working documents remain ours until payment is complete.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client materials as confidential and do not publish them without permission. We may use anonymised, non-sensitive excerpts as sample work only with consent.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
