Core questions
We sell digital copywriting and content services (website copy, sales pages, email sequences, SEO content writing, editing, and brand voice development). No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery is digital: shared documents (Google Docs / Word) and/or a secure download link. Final files are also available by email on request.
Typical turnaround is 3–7 business days depending on scope. Each package on the Rates page lists a typical timeline.
Fixed-price packages include 2 revision rounds. Revisions cover changes within the agreed brief and must be requested within 7 days of draft delivery.

Payments & support
After scope is confirmed in writing, we send a Stripe payment link or invoice. We accept card payments in GBP.
