We provide customised digital writing services. Because work begins after purchase, refund eligibility depends on how much work has been completed.

Before work starts

If you request cancellation before we begin work, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

After work starts, before first draft delivery

If work has started but a first draft has not been delivered, we may issue a partial refund minus time already spent. We will provide a time summary upon request.

After first draft delivery

Once a first draft has been delivered, refunds are generally not available because the core service has been provided. We will, however, honour the included revision policy.

Revision policy (included)

• Fixed-price packages include 2 revision rounds unless stated otherwise.
• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of draft delivery.
• Revisions cover changes within the agreed brief. New pages/offers/positioning are scope changes and may require a new quote.

If we cannot deliver

If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, we will provide an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement.
